Taking care of your physical body is nearly the most important part of being a human, because the very reason you are called a “human” is because you have this body, just like the rest of the humans on this planet.  The 3 things that make up a human are body, mind, and spirit.  If your body is failing and unhealthy it will negatively effect the other parts of your being.  Eating healthy and exercising should be your top priority in life.  So I would like to share some great truth and wisdom with you about this wonderful reality!  Utilize the resources that are at your disposal and take control of your physical health starting TODAY!

Everyone’s body is different and internally none of us are the exact same, so ultimately it’s up to you to assume responsibility for understanding what amount of what foods that your body can handle.  Understanding basic nutrition is a good starting point!

 

Now that I’ve given you a basic overview of nutrition let’s dive into exercise and fitness!  Exercise is probably one of the most broad topics when it comes to being healthy because there are literally innumerable ways to exercise and stay in shape!  The overall premise is to MOVE YOUR BODY!  There are many ways you can challenge your fitness levels by moving your body, but again lets start with some basics shall we?!

Remember exercise is such a broad topic but just know that you need to put your body in motion!  I encourage you to sign up at your local gym and really start to explore the world of fitness!  Invest in your health and you will live longer and be more happy!  Promise!
